There are multiple casual positions available across northern and southern suburbs for support workers who have demonstrated experience working with clients presenting behaviors of concern. 

What you need to succeed:

• Be a passionate, reliable, and dedicated support worker who is looking to grow and further develop your skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others to ensure a consistent approach to enable clients to reach their goals.
• Experience in working with behaviours of concern and implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of the autism spectrum and effective strategies for support.
• Experience supporting clients in their homes and the community

Essential requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Disability or similar equivalent qualification
• Willing to obtain a suitable psychological assessment for DCP Programs
• National Police Clearance within the last 3 months
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and DHS Working with Children Check
• Availability to work across 24/7 roster 
• Full Australian Drivers Licence
• First Aid and CPR training
• Child Safe Environment training
• Assist with Medication training
